At present, the largest specifications of jaw crusher manufactured abroad is: 3000×2100 mm (simple pendulum), the ore block degree is 1800 mm, the production capacity is 1100 tons/Taiwan · hour; 2100×1670 mm (compound pendulum), when the mine outlet is 355 mm, its production capacity is 3000 tons/unit · hour.

With the emergence of large impact resistant rolling bearings, there is a tendency to use compound pendulum jaw crusher instead of simple pendulum crusher at home and abroad, because under the same conditions, the production capacity of the former is 30% higher than that of the latter; In the same production capacity, the former is 20%~30% lighter than the latter. However, there are still some problems in the structure of compound pendulum jaw crusher, which need to be studied and improved.
